Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

  • Payments must be authorized and successfully processed before orders are fulfilled.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Please verify all billing, shipping, and product details immediately. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.

Billing Errors

  • If an error occurs during billing, Backyard Bliss USA reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.

  • Unauthorized transactions must be reported to your payment provider and to us immediately.

Taxes & Fees

  • Applicable sales tax, shipping fees, and any customs/duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Disputes

  • All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. We will work to resolve issues promptly.
